Hausgeräte-Hersteller Neff setzt auf Visual Die Protection von Schuler

Ende 2019 hat der Hausgeräte-Hersteller Neff mit Sitz im badischen Bretten das kameragestützte Werkzeug-Überwachungssystem „Visual Die Protection“ von Schuler angeschafft. Das System erkennt mit Hilfe von Kameras, die im Werkzeugraum der Anlage installiert werden, Abweichungen vom Produktionsprozess und sorgt so für eine höhere Prozesssicherheit in der Produktion. Derzeit entwickelt Schuler das System in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Neff ständig weiter. Durch eine 1000-Tonnen gebrauchte Schmiedepresse konnte unser Kunde, die Fa. Schondelmaier, einen Zusatzauftrag holen. Gebrauchtpressen von Schuler und Vögtle. Schnelle Verfügbarkeit und Hersteller-Expertise. Dank der schnellen Verfügbarkeit einer 1000 Tonnen starke Schmiedepresse konnte unser Kunde, die Fa. Schondelmaier einen weiteren Auftrag verbuchen. Das Video zeigt den Ablauf von der Vermittlung der gebrauchten 1.000 Tonnen Schmiedepresse durch Schuler sowie die Abwicklung des Transports seitens Schuler. Bei unserem Kunden stehen zahlreiche Anlagen von Schuler zur Kaltmassivumformung. Economical production of fiber reinforced plastic parts – research project iComposite4.0 at AZL, RWTH Aachen Schuler and further partners of the "iComposite 4.0" research project reduce costs by 50 percent and throughput times by 40 percent. This video shows the result of a more than three years ongoing research. An integrative and self-controlled production system for the large scale production of multi-material fiber reinforced plastic parts (iComposite4.0) is the result.
