Tutorial about Crowning 5: Reactive hydraulic dynamic crowning of the lower beam of our Xpert Pro pressbrake. The setting of the Crowning 5 takes place automatically due to the permanently measured forced relationship. Short-stroke cylinders in the lower beam ensure the necessary compensation of the upper and lower beam deflection. They work automatically and independently of the part length, material properties and the location of the working station. Due to this the system ensures a continuous bending quality independently of the bending length.
