Tutorial about the automatic dynamic pressure regulation with crowning 5 on our Xpert Pro pressbrake. The 5th generation of the patented pressure reference technology ensures highest part accuracy independent of the part length, material properties and the location of the working station. The pressure regulation takes place continuously during the bending process. If the geometry of a part needs an adaption of the bending force, the crowning is adapted automatically. The oil stays as cool as possible due to the automatic dynamic pressure regulation, which can increase the live time of the oil by 50 %.
