Ask The Expert - ToolMaster Scan and Load

In this episode of Ask the Expert, Anurag Ojha demonstrates how to load tools into the ToolMaster on a TruBend 5170 using a 2D bar code scanner. By scanning the tool, all of the pertinent tool information is automatically entered into the tool library, and the tool may by stored accordingly. The ToolMaster stores and loads tools, speeding job changeover by eliminating searching for tools, and the independent upper and lower transport modules reduce tool loading and unloading time significantly.
