Salvagnini panel bender: bending and assembling of a store shelf

The P2 is the Salvagnini compact panel bender for lean, flexible production. In this video, the P2 panel bender bends automatically, in 125 seconds, a store shelf of galvanized steel sheet 0.8 mm thick. This is a kit production typical of the metal furniture industry. From a single flat part, thanks to the CUT option, we produce 3 bent parts: the shelf and 2 omega stiffener profiles. The operator finally assembles the shelf, without screws, in masked time.
