Welding busbars for E-mobility – TRUMPF at LASER World of Photonics

Busbars are an arrangement of conductors that are used to distribute the electrical energy, especially in batteries, e.g., for e-mobility. When welding busbars, a high mechanical strength and low heat input have to be ensured, as well as a spatter-free weld with a consistent penetration depth.
