Saubere Schweißnähte ohne Schmauchspuren bei dünnsten Blechen, auch bei AlMg-Legierungen, sind mit MIG-AC möglich. Beim acArc puls XQ wechselt die Polarität im Prozessverlauf zwischen Positiv (Impuls) und Negativ. Dabei verlagert sich die Wärme vom Material auf den Schweißzusatzwerkstoff. So werden Luftspalte hervorragend überbrückt und Schweißrauchemissionen reduziert. _____________ With the AC welding process of the new Titan XQ 400 AC puls (EWM), MIG aluminium welding becomes even easier in both manual and automated sectors. With the acArc puls XQ proccess, the polarity switches between positive (pulse) and negative in the process, with the heat shifting from the material to the welding consumable.
