Welding, cutting & polishing aluminium bumper bars

Frontline Australia have worked with CSF Robotics & ABB to automate the manufacture of automotive bumper bars. This has enabled them to compete against competition from low cost countries. The use of ABB robots has resulted in a 43% increase in productivity.
