TruMatic 6000 and TruBend Center 7030 autonomously connected

This video shows one of many options to autonomously connect cutting and bending processes. The TruMatic 6000 is a punch and fiber laser combination machine that is able cut, sort and stack material perfectly for the bending process. Our panel bender, The TruBend Center 7030 is then able to pull those blanks and process the parts automatically. The panel bender is able to monitor and regulate the angle automatically with ACB Laser, meaning all bends can be held at +/- .5 degrees independent of sheet thickness, grain direction, or material properties.
