Salvagnini press brake: robotic bending of heavy sheet metal

ROBOformER is the automatic solution for unmanned production with Salvagnini press brakes. In this video, ROBOformER automatically bends a galvanized sheet metal panel 2.5 mm thick. Two operators would be required to handle such a panel due to its weight of about 40 kg. In spite of the weight or complexity of the bending cycle, ROBOformER is able to produce even the largest or the most heavy parts automatically.
