LT-ARC (28 ft. slider) Production Robotic Welding Cell by OTC DAIHEN

Custom designed & built based on our standard products and modular slider, this Synchro-feed enabled welding robot cell incorporates 3 interlocked safety zones and a total of 5 weld locations. As the 2nd robotic welder for this contract fabricator (their 1st system was our entry-level ED-ARC), they wanted maximum flexibility to handle the variety of fabrications they need robotically welded. Incorporating a 28' slider bed, which transports the robot within the weld cell, which provides 24' extension to the existing robot reach, this cell is well equipped for what they weld today and whatever they need to weld tomorrow.
