Primatech meets Salvagnini - P2 panel bender for very fast throughput and 100% repeatability

As a supplier for plant, automotive, and mechanical engineering, Primatech has been a specialist in the production of welded assemblies and components since 2006. With the new company headquarters built in 2021, including a production hall with modern infrastructure and machinery, Primatech has created the conditions for a brilliant long-term strategy. With the new Salvagnini P2 panel bender, which has been in operation since the beginning of February, Primatech has succeeded in significantly increasing productivity in the processing of thin sheet metal up to a thickness of 3.2 mm: the machine sets up fully automatically, with a very fast throughput and 100% repeatability. Furthermore, Salvagnini's MAC3.0 technology detects any differences in the mechanical characteristics of the material compared to their nominal value during the cycle, adapting the movements of the bending unit and the manipulator to compensate them. With Salvagnini's technology, Primatech can now handle larger orders that can be processed reliably regardless of the batch size.
