Get it Done with Robotic Collation and Loading

FANUC’s Authorized System Integrator created a fully automated cartoner for pouches with robotic collation and loading. How the System Works Pouches exit the customer's pouch form-fill-seal (FFS) machine single file. The M-1iA robot moves every other pouch to form two lanes at the cartoner infeed. Two M-2iA robots stage the pouches in collation fixtures while an SR-6iA erects auto-bottom cartons and places them on the carton conveyor. An M-10iD/12 robot picks the staged pouches and places them in the erected cartons. The carton top is folded and tucked. A collaborative CRX-10iA robot removes closed cartons and places them onto racks.
