How the System Works: ​ Food products enter the case packer area on an infeed conveyor where a FANUC LR-10iA/10 robot picks up to 30 products per minute. The system includes an integrated camera for distance monitoring, and side shift conveyor reject for quality consistency. Weighing just 46 kg, the LR-10iA/10 robot mounts to the floor, upside down, or at an angle. It’s also easy to mount on an AGV or other mobile platform to accommodate a variety of repetitive tasks or automate machines that are standing idle.
