FANUC LR Mate 200iC and CR-7iA in the process of automatic assembly and disassembly of central heating distribution units. This robotic station was built by Blue Robotics for Balluff. Smart Factory is a model production line designed to showcase the benefits of Industry 4.0 technology in a manufacturing environment. The system, equipped with cutting-edge solutions such as IIoT, Self Learning, Robot Guiding (Machine Vision), RFID, and Traceability, operates bidirectionally. It can perform both the assembly and disassembly of central heating distribution units, aiming to reduce the need for manual disassembly and save valuable time. Thanks to the machine's capability to track details, the transition between modes occurs automatically.
