The automatic COSMAP machine TR 4/6 CPDO is supported by the robotic cell equipped with FANUC robot M-10iD/12 for loading, unloading and rotation of stainless steel sheets that will then be polished to be turned into fabulous design accessorie ???? How It Works: The parts are loaded by the operator onto the robot's loading station outside the machine's operating area. The FANUC M-10 robot picks up the raw workpieces thanks to the pneumatic gripper and places it on the fixture of the rotary table to be so polished by the buffing units. Once a 360-degree rotation of the rotary table is completed, the parts are picked up again by the robot, which reverses the parts so as to polish the surface that was covered by the grippers in the previous cycle. Process is then repeated on this surface as well, and once the second turn of the table is completed, the robot picks up the parts from the rotary table to deposit them on the unloading conveyor. ????
