Terms and conditions:
1️⃣ Organizer
The organizer of the contest is Kemppi Oy.
2️⃣ To Enter
Participation happens by sending a horizontal video of the participant saying “Hyvää syntymäpäivää Kemppi, greetings from [participant’s country]” to contest@kemppi.com latest on 15 May 2019. Maximum video length is 10 seconds.
3️⃣ Usage of Videos
By entering the contest, the participant gives all rights to their videos to Kemppi Oy to use for marketing and communications purposes without separate notification, consent or compensation.
4️⃣ Selecting a Winner
The winner shall be raffled among all participants by 27 May 2019. The winner will be contacted personally, and his name will be announced in Kemppi marketing channels. If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks of being notified of the award, a new winner may be selected.
5️⃣ Prize
One participant shall be awarded with a brand new Kemppi MinarcTig Evo welding machine. The prize cannot be exchanged into cash or other products and it is non-transferable. The prize shall be delivered to the address provided by the winner. The prize is paid gross/before income tax. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to the acceptance of the prize.
6️⃣ Personal data
By entering the competition, the participants grant Kemppi Oy the right to publish their names in the Kemppi’s channels without separate consent or compensation. Personal data provided in connection with the competition shall be handled in accordance with the currently applicable Personal Data Act.
7️⃣ Responsibilities of the competition organizer
Kemppi Oy is not responsible for any possible problems associated with data connections while participating in the competition or for any resulting lost submissions. Kemppi Oy is not liable for damages or expenses resulting from participating in the competition or from redeeming and using the prize. Kemppi Oy is not obligated to pay compensation if the winner cannot use the prize himself.
8️⃣ Other conditions
Neither Facebook nor any corresponding media have sponsored, recommended, or administered the competition, nor is it associated in any manner with Facebook or corresponding media.
