Easily adapt the Optimization Settings within MSC Apex Generative Design 2020. With Shape Quality a preview can be super fast created or a thorough, high-quality and manufacturing ready geometry. The strut density defines whether a lot of small struts are being created or very thin shell structures. With the advanced user settings special optimization configuration can be applied, for example symmetry which reduces the calculation time. Mit dem Aluminium-Flachausleger auch bei begrenzter Raumhöhe ergonomisch Heben

Ein Medizintechnikhersteller produziert Druck- und Vakuumgeräte zum Tiefziehen, die unter anderem in der Zahnmedizin und Zahntechnik eingesetzt werden. Kommt ein fertiges Produkt am Ende der Montagelinie an, wurde es bisher händisch von den Mitarbeitern verpackt. Außerdem müssen die Pakete mit einem Gewicht zwischen 15 und 25 Kilogramm so auf der Palette positioniert werden, dass die Seriennummer immer sichtbar ist. Pro Tag werden zwölf bis fünfzehn Tiefziehgeräte verpackt. Diese ohne Hebehilfe auf die Palette zu stapeln, war eine hohe Belastung für Rücken und Arme der Mitarbeiter. Das Unternehmen suchte daher nach einer Handhabungslösung, die die Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter schont und gleichzeitig den Verpackungsprozess optimiert. Die niedrige Raumhöhe stellte dabei eine echte Herausforderung dar, denn sie ließ den Einsatz eines herkömmlichen Kransystems nicht zu. Genau für diesen Anwendungsfall entwickelte Schmalz einen modularen Flachausleger aus Aluminium, der auch in niedrigen Räumen für leichtgängige Bewegungsabläufe sorgt. Er kann bis zu 110 Kilogramm Traglast aufnehmen. Für den Medizintechnikhersteller ist dies die ideale Lösung. Sie reduziert die Bauhöhe im Vergleich zu der bisherigen Stahlkonstruktion von Schmalz um bis zu 96 Millimeter. Verglichen mit einem Standard-Aluminiumausleger können Hebegeräte bei gleicher Bauhöhe des Krans sogar um bis zu 340 Millimeter höher eingehängt werden. Die Mitarbeiter können die Tiefziehgeräte nun trotz begrenzter Raumhöhe gesundheitsschonend bewegen – und das bei höherer Taktzahl. Der Säulenschwenkkran mit Flachausleger wurde in diesem Fall auf einer mobilen Grundplatte montiert, wodurch eine größtmögliche Flexibilität für den Einsatzort gewährleistet ist.
